1. Bargain Website Hosting will provide website hosting on Windows or Red Hat Linux platforms, as offered, with associated email facilities. The offer is that no renewal fees will be charged in subsequent years, subject to certain conditions.

2.The hosting offer is specific in that it relates only to the renewal fees for hosting offer. Any additional services that you may have paid for, or were part of an earlier package, or had been offered for free, will be charged at the appropriate amounts at the time of the renewal.

3. You can transfer your website to another hosting provider at any point you wish. The 'no renewal charges' will not apply to any other providers.

6. Our No renewal fees offer is available for a limited time. Please note that when this time period expires, the 'no renewal charges' will still be applicable to existing customers who have purchased the relevant hosting packages before the offer expiry date.

10. If Bargain Website Hosting ceases trading or is taken over by different owners then the hosting offer will cease to apply. Whatever the new owners do is up to them.
